We have an exciting role for an entry level Accountant in the Atlanta (inside the Perimeter) area. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and performing general accounting functions and have the opportunity to work and train with the CFO of a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with audits and compliance reporting
Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and files
Perform other entry-level accounting duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
