Our agency is growing, FAST. We re looking for an Administrative Assistant to help our clients with with their missed payments, collect documents, and help clients with their policy changes.
You'll be
calling ,
emailing , and
texting our clients to help them complete these items.

- Starting Pay? $15 an hour to start.

- Hours of operation? 9AM - 6PM CST Monday - Friday. Yes, you get weekends and major holidays off.

Requirements Here's a brief day in the life of an Administrative Assistant:
- Attend morning huddle
- Call, email, and text clients to:
- Collect signatures
- Take payments
- Send missing documents
- Provide ID cards
- Resolve policy issues
- Process policy changes and ensure our clients receive top-notch customer service
