We are a Farmers Insurance agenc in Irving Texas, and we're looking to hire a remote Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Our agency is growing, FAST.
We re looking for an Administrative Assistant to help our clients with with their missed payments, collect documents, and help clients with their policy changes.
You'll be calling , emailing , and texting our clients to help them complete these items.

Training provided? Yes, it is comprehensive from the start.
Need insurance experience? Not at all, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Starting Pay? $15 an hour to start.
Our culture? A mix of healthy competition and unwavering support.
Hours of operation? 9AM - 6PM CST Monday - Friday. Yes, you get weekends and major holidays off.

Here's a brief day in the life of an Administrative Assistant:
Attend morning huddle
Call, email, and text clients to:
Collect signatures
Take payments
Send missing documents
Provide ID cards
Resolve policy issues
Process policy changes and ensure our clients receive top-notch customer service
