We partner with 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations across the Bay Area to bring their missions directly to the public through engaging, face-to-face marketing campaigns. In this leadership-in-training role, you’ll learn how to manage outreach teams, represent impactful causes, and oversee day-to-day business functions that drive success.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Support daily operations, campaign logistics, and coordinate outreach teams

  • Represent national nonprofit clients at live events, retail locations, and community outreach sites

  • Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating outreach representatives

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to improve engagement strategies

  • Participate in leadership development sessions, coaching, and performance reviews

  • Collaborate on recruitment, market expansion, and client relationship growth

  • Help foster a positive team culture through onboarding and internal communications
