ATHLETICS FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS STAFF ASSISTANT Location Rutherford, NJ : Athletics Facilities and Operations Staff Assistant Felician University is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, highly organized, and student-focused individual to serve as the Athletics Facilities and Operations Staff Assistant. The Staff Assistant is responsible for all aspects of operational planning and management for the Department of Athletics, assisting in the successful execution of game-day initiatives, home contests, and special events sponsored by the Department of Athletics. S/he also oversees management of athletics transportation.

Department: Athletics Date Posted: Friday, December 15, 2025 Required Education: Bachelor's degree required, may be waived with significant related coaching experience Qualifications: 2+ years' experience working in facilities or equipment management, preferably in an institution of higher education; strong written and verbal communication skills; superior organizational skills, with focused attentiveness to detail; excellent physical conditions, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; ability and willingness to work flex schedules including evenings and weekends; demonstrated ability to engage with students of diverse backgrounds and experience levels; willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and core values of the University.
