Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Previous automotive experience is preferred but we would love to talk with anyone that has an accounting or office background.

Responsibilities
- Assist with breaking down deals after each delivery. Receipting all COD and making copies of COD. Scan necessary docs into the F&I Shared Folder. Upload the proper documents to the bank for fast funding.
- Review contracts for completeness and accuracy before finalizing deals.
- Maintain secure, organized files for all finance-related documents.
- Assist with managing CITs. Assist with getting requested documents over to the bank for held deals.
- Assist with customer inquiries related to finance, while providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist with the service department when they are requesting information about a client’s current protection plans.
- Assist with stocking in trades and confirming all payoffs.
- Assist with MaviSign with out of state deals and making sure it gets out in FedEx.
- Track unpaid contracts and follow up with lenders or customers as needed.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly finance reports.
Qualifications
Previous dealership experience preferred.
