Hiring Immediately, Automotive F&I Manager.

Sunbury Motor Company is a leader in the automotive industry, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and top-quality vehicles. We are seeking a driven and experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team and help maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for performing the Finance and Insurance role amongst all three of our stores (Ford, Hyundai, and Kia).

REQUIREMENTS

Previous F&I Manager experience is PREFERRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional, ethical, and transparent manner.
  • Secure financing through multiple lending sources while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while meeting dealership and lender guidelines.
  • Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that fosters long-term relationships.
