Cabinet Assembler
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking to hire experienced Cabinet Assemblers for a custom architectural company in Woodinville, WA. These are Temp to Hire positions that offer overtime work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience assembling woodwork.
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
PAY: $23 - $24
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 6AM - 2:30PM
Must also be available for occasional overtime shifts:
Monday – Friday, 6AM – 4PM
Saturday, 6AM – 12PM

Responsibilities:
· Assemble and install various cabinetry components, ensuring hardware such as handles, locks, and other functional elements are properly fitted.
· Inspect all materials before assembly for defects and return any faulty components for rework.
· Ensure parts are accurate by reviewing design specifications for size, material, and color.
· Perform tasks such as attaching doors to frames, assembling drawer components, and building structural elements as needed.
· Install hardware components when possible, before assembling larger structures.
· Gain proficiency in the full range of tasks related to cabinet construction and assembly.
· Attach hinges, locks, pulls, and various custom hardware elements to cabinetry.
· Assemble cabinetry frames, ensuring proper alignment and secure joints.
· Install cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
· Label completed assemblies for easy identification and correct placement in their designated locations.
· Work diligently and safely, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
· Operate both power and hand tools effectively to carry out tasks.
· Follow safety measures, including using tool guards and lockout procedures when required.
Qualifications:
· Previous woodwork assembly experience
· Hand and power tool experience
· Flexibility in working hours, including overtime, early starts, and late shifts
