General Superintendent

A top-ranked ENR general contractor known for their stability, expertise, and exceptional project delivery is seeking a General Superintendent to join their team and play a key role in managing and overseeing large-scale construction projects.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are experienced with high-rise projects and have a strong background in successfully executing large projects. Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, ensuring project objectives are met.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.
Oversee project schedules and budget, adjusting as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.

Skills:

12+ Years successfully leading teams
5 Years as a General Superintendent
Degree in Construction Management or Equivalent Subject
Large Project Experience
Proficient in project management software and computer skills
