SUMMARY
The Compliance Officer provides compliance oversight and assistance to the mortgage business line to ensure adherence to governmental and self-regulatory organization rules and regulations and internal firm policies and procedures.

Regular and reliable attendance required including 4 in-office days per week. This is a full-time position. Workdays are Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
TRAVEL
Occasional domestic travel is required.

Area/Location Specific: Minneapolis MNApproximate salary range for this role: $100000 - $120000 annually
Our compensation ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
