Job Description
We are a growing real estate insulation company seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Operations Specialist to support our daily operations and ensure the accuracy of our customer and building data. This role is critical to maintaining an up-to-date CRM system, processing utility and inspection data, and supporting our insulation installation workflow.
Responsibilities:CRM Data Management
- Accurately enter and update customer, property, and project data into our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Migrate and verify backlog and historical data to ensure no information is lost during CRM transitions.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across all records.
Utility & Third-Party Data Processing
- Review and process information received from Con Edison and other utility or partner organizations.
- Ensure all required documentation and data points are properly logged and categorized in the CRM.
Image Review & Verification
- Compile and review roof inspection images provided by third-party probe organizations.
- Verify whether insulation is present in submitted images.
- Confirm eligibility for insulation installation based on image findings and document results accordingly.
Building Measurements
- Measure buildings using tools such as Google Maps and other online resources.
- Upload accurate building dimensions and related data into the CRM system.
Operational Support
- Assist with general operational tasks related to project readiness and compliance.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with internal teams as needed to resolve missing or unclear information.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
- Comfortable reviewing and organizing images and documentation.
- Ability to measure and interpret building data using online mapping tools (e.g., Google Maps).
- Basic understanding of real estate, construction, or insulation processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
- Prior experience in operations, data entry, or administrative support roles.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow established processes.
