Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the accuracy and organization of critical data within our systems. Your role will be essential in maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring smooth data processes. Responsibilities: - Enter large volumes of data into systems with accuracy and efficiency. - Monitor and update training expiration dates in the system to ensure compliance. - Generate reports to track training expiration and completion status. - Identify upcoming training requirements and communicate to relevant stakeholders. - Maintain consistent tracking of progress for ongoing training initiatives. - Collaborate with team members to uphold data quality standards. - Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity. - Utilize office tools and software to streamline data entry processes. - Provide support in reviewing timesheets and related documentation. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role. - Proficient in typing with a speed of at least 60 words per minute. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic office tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Experience in generating reports and tracking data. - Effective communication skills for team collaboration. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
