Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist Manager who is not only highly analytical but also an excellent communicator and storyteller . This role is ideal for a Decision Scientist / Consultant with strong product and process management expertise, capable of translating complex business problems into actionable insights and data-driven solutions .
We are not looking for Project Managers or Scrum Masters-this is a hands-on, insight-driven leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to deliver impactful analytical solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven strategies.
- Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling to solve real-world business problems.
- Present findings and recommendations through compelling data storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and implement data products and process improvements .
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout all analytical processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist Manager or Decision Scientist with consulting experience.
- Strong background in product management and process optimization .
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills-able to turn data into a persuasive narrative.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL , and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
