Montclair Family seeking a NYC savvy nanny/family assistant to aid in getting their six-year old son home from school in the city, safely. ~25 Hours needed—Weds, Thurs, every other Friday from 1PM to ~7PM and weekend hours are available.
Responsibilities include:
-Arriving at their home by 1PM to take their car into the city for a 2:30 school pick-up
-Return back home by 3:15 for activities, bath, dinner, etc. and stay until ~7PM
-Additional hours are available on Sat/Sun for candidates to assist with their six-year old and/or their infant twins (~6 hours per day)
Ideal Candidate:
- Very confident and safe driver
-Has experience navigating NYC
-Punctual, efficient, creative, and fun
-Ideally has both elementary and infant experience for potential hours with the family’s infant twins
Compensation:
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience (~$30-35/hr)
- Industry standard benefits (Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays off)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of childcare experience
- Eligible to work in the US
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record and criminal background
- Fluent English
- CPR/First Aid Certified
-Non-smoker
