**Electro-Mechanical Assembler**
**_Minneapolis, MN_** **_Contract-to-Hire_**
**_| 6-Month Duration_** **_$20-$24/hr | 1st & 2nd Shift_**
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using SMT and Thru-hole techniques
+ Assemble multi-layer boards (approx. 24" x 21", 45-50 lbs each)
+ Rework boards on both sides, including flipping and lifting
+ Use microscopes for precision soldering and wire work (gauge 4)
+ Follow visual aids and wiring lists to ensure accuracy
**What You Bring**
+ 6+ months of soldering experience (vocational training accepted)
+ Proficiency in SMT and Thru-hole soldering
+ Familiarity with IPC-610/J standards (current or expired)
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with precision
**Interview Process**
Includes a soldering and mechanical assembly test. Be
prepared to:
+ Read and follow a work order
+ Identify and solder various components
+ Demonstrate microscope use
+ Discuss technical experience with the hiring supervisor
**Work Environment**
+ Clean, structured facility with ~50 team members
+ Individual workstations with tools provided
+ Shift Options:
+ 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
+ 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
