As an Entry-Level Installation Technician, you'll be part of a close-knit team that installs wireless systems across the country. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role with nationwide travel and exciting growth potential.

Key Responsibilities - Assist in full installation of cellular and Public Safety DAS systems
- Pull, terminate, and test coaxial cable, fiber, and Cat5e
- Mount, install, and aim interior and exterior antennas
- Read blueprints and follow technical diagrams
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
- Track time, expenses, and tasks using company apps
- Collaborate with teammates to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication
- Travel to project sites nationwide Monday through Friday
Qualifications - 1-2 years' experience in DAS, ERRCS, or electrical work (low/high voltage)
- Must live near a major U.S. airport and provide your own airport transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically strenuous labor
- Strong communicator with a professional demeanor
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and growing
- Basic telecom tools required (drill, snips, wire strippers, steel-toe boots, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years driving experience)
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to comply with vaccination policies for healthcare client sites
- OSHA 30 certification and telecom manufacturer termination certifications are a plus

Schedule - Full-time: Monday-Friday
- Travel nationwide weekly; home on weekends
