Responsibilities:

• Conduct impactful coaching sessions to guide clients in achieving their personal and professional goals.
• Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate transformational growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Participate in weekly professional development and training sessions via Zoom.
• Leverage social media to generate leads and expand your client base (training provided).
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to align clients with suitable programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in coaching or a related field.
• Strong understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in virtual communication tools (Zoom, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) for lead generation.
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
