Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and champion Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Vision and Values
• Create daily shift setups and ensure operational excellence during peak periods
• Coordinate team member schedules and breaks
• Manage Drive Thru Operations and team member rotations
• Ensure guest experience meets Chick-fil-A's standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in all Front of House areas
• Responsible for cash management and guest recovery
• Ensure 100% completion of all operational and cleaning checklists
• Responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A's Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy is executed at all times

Requirements for FOH Supervisor Role:

• Servsafe Manager Certified
• Complete Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Supervisor Training Program
• Maintain Open Availability with limited restrictions
• Adapt quickly to the changing demands of the business
