**About Us:**
We are a fast-growing IT consulting company looking for **experienced Full Stack Developers** to join our team. Our ideal candidates are fluent in English (C1 level), have strong technical expertise, and can work independently on high-impact projects.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain scalable web applications, including CRM systems and business-critical tools.
* Build responsive and interactive UI components using **React**.
* Develop and optimize backend systems using **ASP.NET / C#**, **NestJS**, or **AdonisJS**.
* Improve API handling, caching, and overall system performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Lead development of new features, enhance UX, and reduce server load.
* Continuously optimize performance and automate workflows aligned with business goals.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Full Stack Developer.
* Strong proficiency in **React**, including hooks and state management.
* Backend development experience with **ASP.NET / C#** or similar frameworks.
* Solid understanding of APIs, caching, and performance optimization.
* Fluent in **English (C1 level)**.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, or enterprise applications is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
