We are seeking a polished and professional Host/Hostess to join our team, delivering exceptional service that aligns with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest lists efficiently using OpenTable.
Collaborate with dining room, bar, and in-room dining teams to ensure seamless service.
Provide menu knowledge, highlight daily specials, and assist guests with personalized recommendations.
Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of the host stand and surrounding areas.
Handle VIPs, special requests, and guest feedback with discretion and care.
Operate the POS Micros system accurately for order entry and guest management.
Uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality in line with Forbes Guide expectations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments is preferred.
Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills.
Familiarity with OpenTable reservation management system is required.
Full proficiency in POS Micros system is mandatory.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or additional languages is a plus.
Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide service standards is highly desirable.
Positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
