Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or employee experience/engagement.

• Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be technology savvy
• Experience in food/pharmaceutical processing operations, FDA regulated industry, or combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to perform the job successfully (preferred)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and follow-up with minimal supervision.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Courteous, professional manner, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency

Job Responsibilities

As a dedicated HR Coordinator your will play a vital role, you will support our HR department and operations in its daily activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, which are essential to the company’s success.
