Description Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.
Human Resources Manager responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the HR Leadership Team to identify and develop relationships with recruitment sources in the local market, and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to secure world class talent
- Develop and implement a personalized colleague on-boarding experience that focuses on the uniqueness of the KPMG Lakehouse facility, and the participants that will be visiting the facility
- Maintain a fluent understanding of all elements of the HR function and work closely with operational leaders to proactively identify ways to enhance the colleague experience to constantly drive colleague engagement and reduce team member turnover
- Play an active role in the ongoing development of facility colleagues, including identifying and leading formal learning sessions, as well as leading colleague feedback discussions

Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience inHuman Resources, preferably in a similar setting
- Previous operational leadership experience preferred
- Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and business partners
- Established experience as a team leader, with proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals and motivate team members
- Be computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanishpreferred
- The ideal candidate of this position willpossessthe ability to adapt to various situations as they arise, display empathy in all interactions with both colleagues and participants, evaluate departmental practices in an effort to continually enhance the colleague experience, and encourage collaboration and creativity among team members
