We're currently looking for an HR/Recruiter to help us grow our talented team and support our people-first culture.

Position Overview

As an HR/Recruiter at Millan Enterprises, you'll take the lead on sourcing and building a talent pipeline for a diverse range of roles across our growing company. This role blends relationship-building, strategic outreach, and recruiting expertise. We’re looking for someone with staffing agency experience, sales acumen, highly enthusiastic, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities. This position will be heavily involved in standing up a new division within Millan Enterprises.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles.

     
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

     
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and hiring strategies.

     
  • Draft and post job ads across platforms and networks.

     
  • Attend job fairs and community events to promote Millan’s brand.

     
  • Track applicants and keep recruitment records organized using our ATS.

     
  • Support onboarding coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience.

     
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.

What We’re Looking For

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (strongly preferred)

     
  • SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred

     
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or related fields

     
  • Staffing firm experience is a big plus

     
  • Background in sales or client-facing roles is highly desirable

     

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Technologically savvy (must be competent in Microsoft Office products as well as G-Suite)
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and platforms like LinkedIn
  • Sales-minded approach to recruiting with persuasive communication skills
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Recruitment and selection best practices
    • Compensation structures
    • FMLA, FLSA, and employment law compliance
    • Organizational development
    • Employee training and development
    • HR policies and procedures
