Job Description
Our client, in the education industry is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join their team. As a Product Owner, you will plan production operations related to our identity management platform, utilizing Agile principles and the Scaled Agile Framework to prioritize work and deliver value.'
This role will prioritize work to implement Sailpoint and will also support the migration from our legacy technology to Okta and will be responsible for advancing the services and capabilities that the new technology offers.

**Pay Range: Market rate W2 or C2C**
**What's the Job?**
+ Leadership:
+ Lead team members in designing and implementing work that advances the objectives of the IAM Program.
+ Ability to lead product team in quarterly planning events to define features and break down features into user stories in enough detail that a scrum team can build, test, and deploy the features
+ Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and installation of systems and process changes to ensure application integration and interoperability, timely deliverables, project success, and quality while adhering to the enterprise technologies and services life cycles.
+ Lead change management planning efforts with the Release Train Engineer and the Office of Information Technology Communications team.
+ Collaboration:
+ Work with architects, engineers, other product owners, the product manager, the senior director, and various stakeholders to define work within the product backlog.
+ Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement
+ Handle multiple technologies/services under a single product
+ Participate in SAFe/Agile meetings, including, but not limited to: ART Synch, strategy meetings, demos, iteration planning, program increment, and system demos.
+ Be effective at representing the product to stakeholders, management, and team members
+ Provide subject matter expertise for the technologies, services, and future capabilities of the product.
+ Work with clients and technical groups to solve complex problems, considering technology capacity and desired business results.
+ Serve as the main point of contact and communication channel between the product team and its stakeholders.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong IAM/Identity Access Management background, security background in a product management capacity
+ SailPoint or Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
+ Agile/SAFe Agile working experience
+ Bachelor's degree and four years of experience OR master's degree and two years of experience OR a comparable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
+ Professional experience in project, program, and, product management, or product ownership.
