About the Role

As a Remote Insurance Agent, you will expand our book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients, primarily via Zoom. This is a fully remote position that offers flexible working hours and the potential for long-term financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with Clients: Present and sell insurance policies to individuals and families through virtual meetings.
Personalized Solutions: Develop and recommend tailored insurance plans based on clients' unique needs.
Specialized Coverage Areas: Provide expertise in mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection, and more.
Client Support: Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Expand Your Reach: Utilize networking techniques to grow your client base.
Stay Compliant: Ensure all activities meet insurance standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions and identify opportunities to enhance your skills.

What You'll Need to Succeed

While experience in insurance, customer service, or human resources is a plus, no prior experience is necessary—we'll provide all the training you need!
A passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
