What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members, assisting with insurance and membership services while providing top-tier customer support.

You will:

Receive comprehensive training on a variety of products and services, empowering you to assist customers with confidence.
Support members in-person and over the phone with insurance policies, billing inquiries, passport photos, travel planning, and cashiering duties.
Develop insurance leads for sales agents and specialists.
Assist team members with routine and advanced administrative tasks.
Work towards individual and team goals, with opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses and pay increases.
Be available during branch hours: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) and Saturday (10 AM - 2 PM). The branch is closed on Sundays and most holidays.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in customer service, retail, banking, insurance, or sales preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to change, work in a fast-paced setting, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
A commitment to excellent service and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
Availability for occasional overtime and local travel as needed.

What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Eligibility to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided).
