We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to join our growing group practice in Milford, Delaware area.

Role Overview:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (3.5 days a week)
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds for scheduled patients in facilities
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Hold a valid full license as either a LPC or a LMCH
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $54,000 to $64,000 with no cap productivity income potential.
