Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with long-term living experience in target regions (e.g., international students in China, those who have previously worked locally) are preferred. Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Arabic, Urdu, Indonesian, Hindi) is a plus, with the ability to communicate fluently with resource partners and users in target regions.Must be able to communicate normally with Chinese colleagues.
2. Possess 1-3 years or more of operational experience in the overseas social networking/live streaming industry; experience in operating one-on-one video chat, voice chat rooms, or pan-entertainment social products is preferred. Familiarity with the paid social ecosystem and guild operation models. Candidates with existing guild/streamer resources in target regions are preferred, with strong capabilities in guild resource expansion and integration to quickly build a localized resource cooperation system.
3. Data-sensitive with clear logical thinking; able to identify business pain points (e.g., low user retention, poor payment conversion) through data analysis, formulate targeted solutions, and drive operational optimization.
4. Rich in creativity with strong implementation capabilities; able to plan operational activities based on local cultural characteristics and effectively drive the entire process from planning to implementation to ensure goal achievement.
5. Good sense of teamwork and cross-team communication skills; proactive and result-oriented, able to adapt to the efficient execution rhythm of international business scenarios. Experience in team management or training is preferred. 1.Be responsible for the end-to-end localized operations of entertainment and social networking businesses in target regions (Middle East / Pakistan / Indonesia / India / Philippines; can choose based on personal familiarity), covering core segments such as one-on-one video chat, live streaming, and voice chat rooms. Develop operational strategies aligned with local user behaviors and cultural preferences, and take charge of regional user activity, payment conversion, and overall revenue targets.

1. Lead the expansion of guild and streamer resources in target regions, including connecting with potential guilds, identifying high-quality streamers, introducing virtual currency merchant resources, and accurately recruiting high-value users while establishing a long-term maintenance system. Build a stable localized resource cooperation network to support large-scale business growth.
2. Conduct refined guild operations: conduct in-depth analysis of streamers' work data (e.g., streaming duration, interaction rate, payment conversion rate) and core project indicators, monitor streamers' work status and service quality, optimize the streamer training system and service management standards, support the growth of key new guilds, and cultivate top-tier high-quality streamers.
3. Be responsible for competitor research in target regions: collect real-time information on competitors' platform policies, operational activities, and resource dynamics, quickly provide feedback, and adjust the company's own guild strategies and operational plans to enhance the competitiveness of the company's products in the local market.
4. Plan and implement localized operational activities for target regions (e.g., festival-specific live streaming events, streamer competitions), ensuring activities are in line with local cultural customs to effectively boost user participation and payment willingness. Coordinate with internal company teams and local partner teams, train local teams in guild maintenance and management, and promote efficient business implementation.
