As a Massage Therapist at Elite, your mission is to provide high-quality, personalized massage therapy that meets each client’s unique needs. You'll work in a professional, supportive, and collaborative environment where your expertise is respected—and your clients keep coming back.
Deliver therapeutic massage services customized to individual client needs
Conduct client consultations to assess goals, concerns, and treatment preferences
Recommend ongoing care plans and simple at-home strategies for wellness
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of treatments and client notes
Ensure a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all clients
Uphold Elite's high standards of customer service, professionalism, and discretion
Collaborate with fellow team members to support the overall member experience
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing with the State of Wisconsin
Proficient in a variety of techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage
Friendly and professional communication skills with clients and teammates
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and client comfort
A people-first mindset and a genuine passion for wellness
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
