Job Description

Salary: $31,200 - 72,800 per year Requirements:

Over 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field service position, ideally in an MSP setting.
Proficient with both Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and commonly used business software applications.
In-depth understanding of network configurations, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
Capacity to work independently and manage several onsite visits each day.
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation for traveling to client locations within the Miami region.

Responsibilities:

Perform onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for network, hardware, and software challenges.
Install, set up, and maintain IT hardware and software, including workstations, servers, printers, and networking devices.
Collaborate with the remote support team to guarantee seamless client service.
Document and manage service requests, resolutions, and interactions within our ticketing system.
Provide outstanding customer service, engage effectively with clients, and establish realistic expectations for problem resolution.
Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades as needed.
Educate clients on best practices and support end-user training for essential IT tasks.
Stay informed about industry advancements and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
