Job Description Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in General Ledger (GL), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Fusion Financials implementations focusing on GL, FAH, and FCCS.
Perform functional configuration, setup, and customization of Fusion Financial modules.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and work closely with technical teams for integrations and reports.
Support month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Participate in UAT, data validation, and post-go-live support.
Provide functional guidance on integrations, reporting, and data conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion GL, FAH, and FCCS.
In-depth knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, and consolidation.
Experience with end-to-end Fusion implementations and support projects.
Good understanding of Fusion security, workflows, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to Fusion Technical concepts (OTBI, BI reports, integrations).
Experience working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
Oracle Fusion certification is a plus
