Location: Little Rock, AR

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $24/hr (Based on Experience)

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Full Benefits

Position Overview:

Dean's Professional Services is currently seeking an experienced and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join a reputable laboratory facility in Little Rock, AR . This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality care in a professional setting where your skills and attention to detail directly support accurate diagnostics and patient outcomes.

About the Role:

As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for skillfully and safely collecting blood specimens for laboratory testing. You will play a key role in building trust with patients, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience, and maintaining high standards of specimen handling and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draw quality blood samples from patients in a safe, accurate, and timely manner
* Confirm patient identity and accurately label all specimens
* Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort throughout the collection process
* Assemble and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies
* Follow standard operating procedures and infection control protocols
* Process specimens and maintain proper documentation and records
* Deliver excellent customer service while promoting a professional image to patients, staff, and the public
* Support lab operations by completing daily tasks under the supervision of the area lead

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent - Required
* Phlebotomy certification - Preferred
* Minimum 6 months of recent phlebotomy experience - Required
* 1+ years of phlebotomy experience - Preferred
* Medical assistant or paramedic training - Preferred
* Customer service experience in healthcare, retail, or service industry - Preferred
* Keyboard and data entry skills - Required
