Overview:

QuadMed is growing and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an Occupational Health focused role serving two employer-based clinics in Beaver Dam, WI and Mayville, WI. Full-time is required, 32 hours per week are available.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. One year of experience is preferred but not required.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist in this role will work across dynamic settings, treating patients of all ages with a primary focus on occupational health. The caseload includes a mix of workers’ compensation, industrial rehab, ergonomics, and return-to-work services, along with some general orthopedic cases.

Full-time therapists can expect to treat approximately 8-10 patients per day.

QuadMed supports clinical growth, offering opportunities to develop specialties and pursue additional certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position starts in the ballpark of $87,000 and will increase depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday - Thursday. No weekends. No major holidays!

The ideal work schedule would be: Monday - Thursday 7a-4p or 8a-5p. There is some flexibility based on the needs of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• One year of experience as a PT is preferred.

• New grad PTs will be considered.

Medical costs for the company’s 9,000 employees were soaring and there were a growing number of complaints about problems with medical claims and the poor quality of medical care his employees were receiving.
