As a hands-on production supervisor, you’ll:
Lead and motivate front-line production teams to meet daily and weekly manufacturing goals
Ensure quality output and timely shipping using all available tools and personnel
Troubleshoot real-time production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions
Drive 6S workplace organization and enforce ISO & QMS compliance
Conduct daily floor meetings, share KPIs, and manage part shortages or quality concerns
Own workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and coaching conversations
Collaborate with leads to coordinate employee training, maintain documentation, and promote continuous improvement
Write and maintain work instructions, production checklists, and standard operating procedures
Monitor inventory and place production-related supply orders
Contribute ideas to improve processes, boost efficiency, and enhance the work environment
3–5 years of production or shift leadership experience (manufacturing industry strongly preferred)
Background in electronics, electrical, or mechanical assembly is a big plus
Ability to read technical drawings and interpret build specs
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a bonus
Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
Leadership that motivates and holds teams accountable
Proven experience with ISO standards, safety policies, and lean manufacturing
Willingness to travel occasionally if needed
Base Salary Starting at $65,000 to 120,000
