We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of electrical construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Supervise and provide mentorship to the project management team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality control throughout each project.
Oversee all project-related documentation, including correspondence, reports, and contracts.
Manage the allocation of materials, budget, and resources to ensure project efficiency.
Participate in bi-weekly team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and resource planning.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the field construction team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Monitor project financials, managing budgets to meet or exceed gross profit expectations.
Facilitate the change order process and address any scope changes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members and ensure performance standards are met.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
Strong background in managing projects remotely with limited site visits.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
