Groundskeeper / Housekeeper positions immediately available on a northern New Mexico ranch. These jobs would be a great fit for a couple who would be at home in rural north eastern New Mexico. The ranch is located 100 miles from Santa Fe and 30 miles from the Las Vegas New Mexico community. Spanish speaking required, English is not necessary but would be a plus.
The groundskeeper will be responsible for building and equipment maintenance, and the watering and care of 8 acres lawn, garden and orchard containing 30 apple and pear trees. The housekeeper will be responsible for 4 houses and a dining hall with the help of another housekeeper. The family's contiguous working ranch is managed and operated separately from the groundskeeper and housekeeping positions. Benefits include full separate housing on the property and insurance benefits, a vehicle to drive from home to work, 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, and standard sick leave and Christmas bonus. Salaries up to $27,500.00 each ( $55,000.00 combined annually for the couple), depending on qualifications and experience. Must be legal to work in the United States.
