We’re seeking a motivated Residential Landscape Project Sales Representative to join our Seattle-based team. This is a great chance to handle sales, close deals on outdoor projects, and earn strong commissions while growing your career in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do: 

• Identify sales leads and conduct consultations to understand client needs for residential landscapes 
  
• Estimate project costs and create detailed proposals 
  
• Present proposals and close sales on custom outdoor projects (not all projects require designs) 
  
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals 
  
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project hand off; share projects with seasoned designers when needed (resulting in a small commission split) ; continue to support the client relationship during installation

Requirements

• Experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, home improvement, or related fields 
  
• Proven track record of closing home improvement projects and meeting sales targets 
  
• Horticultural proficiency is essential, along with knowledge of design concepts and construction estimating 
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  
• Passion for client-focused sales 
  
• Professional and approachable demeanor 
  
• CAD experience is a plus but not required 
  
• Availability for evening or Saturday appointments is required 
  
• No overnight travel 
  

Benefits

• Guaranteed base of $45,000 annually ($21.63/hour) 
  
• 15% commission on installed revenue (net of write-offs and credits), with excess paid monthly 
  
• Small commission split on projects shared with seasoned designers
