The Opportunity
Navigator is transforming travel advertising with AI-native solutions that actually perform. We work with major brands and are scaling quickly across global markets.
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking sales executive to help us grow across Latin America and Spanish-speaking accounts globally. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who has tasted quota-driven selling, learned the grind, and wants to grow into a serious closer. You may have sold advertising or media briefly, worked in SaaS, or be a strong emerging seller ready for more responsibility.
This is not a call-center role. You will work closely with leadership and senior sellers, build real pipeline, and develop into a full-cycle AE over time.
Location is fully remote. We care more about talent, hunger, and communication skills than where you are based.

* What You’ll Do
*

• Prospect and develop new business with LATAM and Spanish-speaking advertisers
• Run early-stage discovery calls and product demos with support from Head of Sales and senior AEs
• Close deals independently as you ramp
• Build and manage your own book of business over time
• Collaborate on outreach strategy, ICP refinement, and messaging for LATAM markets
• Learn Navigator’s product deeply and articulate value clearly in Spanish and English
• Stay coachable, proactive, and accountable in a fast-moving environment

* What You Bring
*

• Fluent Spanish required; professional English strongly preferred
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, advertising, media, SaaS, recruiting, or services
• Exposure to quota-based selling, even if brief
• Curiosity, resilience, and willingness to learn from experienced sellers
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset
• LATAM market familiarity is a plus but not required
• We are open to candidates who are newer but show clear potential and work ethic.
