Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce
Location: Parsippany, New Jersey
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70 - $85 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Remote (
candidates need to be local to Parsippany to attend on-site meetings as needed )
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with Salesforce experience to lead requirements gathering, create user stories and use cases, model business processes, and evaluate system impacts. This role will involve detailed analysis, prioritizing business requests, and collaborating with project teams to deliver new system capabilities, enhancements, and fixes across multiple applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with teams across the organization to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to design and document solutions (requirements, workflows, wireframes, user stories).
- Support testing efforts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide guidance to teammates and contribute to best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in business/systems analysis with large-scale projects.
- Strong background in process design, system integrations, and workflow analysis .
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Salesforce, and enterprise systems (SAP, ERPs, Data Lakes) .
- Excellent communication skills – able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CBAP certification a plus.
