We are looking for a **Senior B2B SDR** with proven cold-calling experience targeting **senior decision-makers (CEOs, founders, C-suite)** in a fully remote environment.
This role is for a **hunter**, not a script-reader. Someone confident, coachable, resilient, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, data-driven sales environment.
If you need micromanagement, rigid scripts, or a slow pace, this role is not for you.
**Key Responsibilities **
● Execute high-volume **B2B cold calling** to senior executives and decision-makers
● Lead conversations using a **discovery-first approach** (ask before pitching)
● Qualify prospects in real time and uncover true business pain points
● Book **high-quality, relevant meetings** (quality over quantity)
● Handle objections naturally and professionally
● Adapt quickly to new scripts, lists, processes, and tools
● Accurately track activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM and reporting tools
● Communicate blockers early, with data and examples
● Actively participate in coaching, role plays, and feedback sessions
**Must-Have Requirements **

● Proven **B2B cold-calling experience** (B2C profiles will not be considered)
● Experience calling **CEOs, founders, C-suite, or senior leadership**
● Fully **remote work experience** (not traditional call center)
● Experience using **multiple CRMs** (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)
**Skills **
● Strong discovery and qualification skills
● Ability to handle multiple objections without losing control of the call
● Comfortable learning and switching tools quickly
● Strong data discipline (CRM updates, tracking, reporting)
