SERVER — CASTELLS
Castell’s is looking for a server with sharp attention to detail, fast hands, and a professional, hands-on approach to service. Someone who works clean, moves with intention, and is never above any task. This is a role for someone who wants to grow — genuinely grow — into leadership.
What we need• Detail oriented with a high personal standard
• Fast, organized, and comfortable in a serious dining room
• Hands on and not afraid to jump into any part of service
• Strong communication and presence with guests
• Someone who wants to develop into management over time
• Curiosity and discipline to learn from Henry Aguilar directly
• Michelin or fine dining background is a plus
• Respect for structure, teamwork, and hospitality at the highest level
Castell’s is a fine dining restaurant in Gravesend Brooklyn with an elevated service program and an expectation of excellence at every table. Service is clean, precise, warm, and deeply attentive. Every detail matters — timing, pacing, language, and presence.
