As the Shop Lead Floral Designer, you’ll play a key role in our team, using your creativity and expertise to design exceptional floral arrangements while leading and inspiring others. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of floral design experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Designing unique and high-quality floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, from weddings to everyday celebrations. - Overseeing the shop’s daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Managing inventory and ensuring the freshest flowers and supplies are available. - Collaborating with customers to bring their floral visions to life through consultations and personalized service. - Maintaining the shop’s aesthetic and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
We’re seeking someone who: - Has at least 2 years of floral design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. - Possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. - Is a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. - Has a keen eye for detail and a natural flair for creativity.
