Social Media Marketing Specialist – Your Impact

You will work hand in hand with the CEO and team on driving strategy, creating and directing content and campaigns, and propelling the brand forward.

You will:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, leads, and brand awareness
• Create, edit, and produce eye-catching content, including photos and videos
• Manage paid ad campaigns, budgets, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to align social media with business goals
• Bring creative ideas and strategies to test new approaches to grow the brand’s presence
• Organize content calendars and workflows to keep the team running smoothly
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices

You have:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, ideally within a fast-paced or creative environment
• Experience in videography, including shooting, editing, and producing engaging short-form content
• A deep understanding of social media platform algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and how to optimize content for each
• Creative strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness
• Experience managing and tracking paid ad campaigns and budgets
• Developed and executed tailored social strategies for multiple agents or brands
• Proficiency with design and content tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to travel in the greater Sacramento Region, sometimes on nights and weekends, valid license required

• Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
• Experience using marketing platforms like Go High Level

Social Media Marketing Specialist – Your Perks & Compensation

Your compensation will be $75,000 - $80,000 annual salary, depending on your experience level.
