Responsibilities - Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting, delivering reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc.).
- Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
- Responsible for tackling mobile quality issues from various streams, including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B, and Network Performance.
- Mainly deal with issues after the mobile product is launched in the market.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from the market.
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Data management, Create Trends, Reports, etc.
- Track, collect, and analyze network KPI and other quality data in case a major issue is reported
- Perform a stationary and field test of issue reproduction
- Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers for the market issue reported and follow up.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Data Science, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent level of work experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
- Process certification, such as Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with LTE and IMS/VoLTE Protocol
- Knowledge of Android infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis, and establish process mapping is a plus
