Job Description

Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for an Outpatient Pediatric Clinic. We are a Quality of Care Focused Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic in Miamisburg, OH.

Travel Take Home: $2000 net (after tax take home) per week.

• 1-hour Eval, 30-45 min follow up visits

We treat on average 10-12 patients per day. 1-hour evaluations and 30-45 minute follow-up appointments. Flexible schedules available:

Requirements for the Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient Pediatrics

• Determine appropriate OT/Occupational Therapy patients, create an individualized treatment plan (long and short-term goals) and make adjustments as necessary
• Master's degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
  Occupational Therapy license, or pending, in the state
• Current CPR Certificate
