Lead crews in site, excavation, grading, and concrete work to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec.
Interpret plans and specifications and ensure layout, quality control, and production standards are met.
Coordinate subcontractors, in-house labor, and equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Order and track materials to stay ahead of project needs.
Make sure safety and promote a positive, solutions-focused environment on-site.
Develop and mentor crew members to help them grow within the company.
3+ years of civil, site, or concrete work experience.
2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Proven ability to read plans, set layout, and execute to spec.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and accountability.
