What You’ll Do

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our academy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
• Communicating with students, parents, and staff to provide information and support.
• Assisting with registration processes and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and friendly manner.
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to keep everything running seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
