Job Description

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data into various computer systems and databases. This role requires a high degree of focus, excellent typing skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Key Responsibilities: + Data Input: Accurately enter, update, and verify information in company systems or databases. + Data Maintenance: Review and correct errors in data to ensure complete accuracy and consistency. + Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval. + Reporting: Generate and distribute reports based on compiled data as required by supervisors or departments. + Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of data to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards. + General Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including filing and organizing records. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent + Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a related role. + Proficient in typing with high accuracy + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software. + Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
