  • Lead end-to-end project management for Keystone’s monthly all-hands meetings, including agenda development, material refinement, and speaker preparation.
  • Provide systems administration support for platforms within Keystone’s learning tech stack.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with L&D, learning design principles, and curriculum development. Prior experience with consulting or professional services a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding and improving the employee experience.
  • Experience communicating with a broad employee base, with a demonstrated track record of effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to partner with and influence employees at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience owning and executing initiatives from start to finish.
  • Self-motivated, and able to prioritize work independently.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Adept at learning new technologies.
