This role will support the global Learning & Development function within Keystone’s Operations Team. The L&D Program Manager will be instrumental in building a best-in-class consulting team, driving our growth strategy, and fostering a dynamic, innovative culture. The role offers broad exposure across multiple facets of L&D, including new hire onboarding, core consulting and technical skills development, and the learning operations and measurement needed to ensure programs are scalable, effective, and impact-driven. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the talent development strategy at a critical growth juncture for Keystone.

In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.

$100,000—$150,000 USD
