Under the supervision of the Chief Pilot or Division Commander, the pilot is responsible for operating a multi engine helicopter (Bell 429) in complex airspace, various weather conditions, day, or night utilizing night vision goggles to support public safety helicopter missions. Primary duties include aerial surveillance, assisting in crime prevention and detection, conducting medevac operations, and performing other law enforcement related tasks. Additional earnings and flight stipends beyond base salary.

Job Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 1,500 hours of helicopter PIC experience, including 100 hours of unaided night flight. Additionally, applicants must have either 300 hours of helicopter PIC time in the past 5 years OR 100 hours of helicopter PIC within the last 12 months.
