A facility   near Abilene, Texas   is seeking a full-time, permanent, Nurse Manager  to join their pediatric team. This position comes with relocation assistance to qualified candidates! See details below!

Pay: $48.00/hour+, Depending on Experience

Nurse Manager, Pediatrics Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position 
• Schedule: Day Shift, working Monday-Friday
  
• The Nurse Manager, Pediatrics will oversee daily management and strategic planning of the patient care area to support optimal patient outcomes
  
• Provides staff leadership, manages resources responsibly, and partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
  
• The Nurse Manager, Pediatrics will monitor performance metrics, patient outcomes, and staff engagement to drive continuous improvement.
  

Nurse Manager, Pediatrics Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse License
• Atleast 2 years of registered nursing, pediatric experience 
  
• Atleast 1 year of leadership experience
  
• Bachelors Degree preferred
  
• ACLS and BLS required
